Biologist, Ph.D. in Microbiology (University of Valencia). Researcher in IVIA since 2002. Research lines focused on the study of plant bacteria from basic aspects of their biology until those related to the development of preventive and control measures for phytopathogenic ones: diagnosis, detection, epidemiology, survival and control.

Activity in POnTE: Mainly involved in WP4 and WP9, in the part regarding ‘Candidatus Liberibacter solanacearum’ (CaLsol). Field assays about the effect of some treatments in the appearance of symptoms and detection of CaLsol.
