POnTE project presented at workshop about forest management planning in Serbia
POnTE EU project was presented at workshop “Economic aspects of forest management & planning” about forest management planning in circumstances of Climate Changes. The meeting was held in Karakusa (Serbia) from 24th to 26th of February. During her talk about “Improve the current way of making the economic financial analysis in Forest Management Plans”, Dr. Ljiljana Keča (University of Belgrade) presented participants and aims of the POnTE project to an audience of forestry sector in Serbia (e.g. PE “Srbijašume”, PE “Vojvodinašume” and Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection). Participants have expressed their interest to the pathogens (Phytophthora spp. and Hymenoscyphus fraxineus) that will be studied and other threats to the forest ecosystems in Serbia.
