The following diagnostic protocols for detection of Xylella fastidiosa in plant samples have been realised on the occasion of the Diagnostic training workshop ‘Sampling and diagnostic tools for Xylella fastidiosa’ organised on September 19-22, 2017 in Locorotondo (Bari). The present guide has been prepared by CNR-IPSP and UNIBA-DiSSPA.
