POnTE presented in Lisbon at the WG Meeting COST Action NNEXT ‘Non-native tree species for European forests’

POnTE EU project was presented at joint WG Meeting COST Action FP1403 ‘Non-native tree species for European forests – experiences, risks and opportunities (NNEXT) Lisbon, Portugal’. The meeting was held in Lisbon (Portugal) from October 3 to 6, 2016 and organized by the Universidade Técnica de Lisboa.
During her talk about ‘Non-native tree species , Strategies for Development in Balkan Peninsula’, Dr. Ljiljana Keča (University of Belgrade) presented participants and aims of the POnTE project to an audience of forestry sector of 34 countries of Europe. Participants have expressed their interest to the project and other threats to the forest ecosystems in Europe.
