VITO NICOLA SAVINO

Vito Nicola Savino is a full professor of Plant Pathology, currently leading the research team investigating invasive and harmful pathogens affecting woody crops. His research activities are focused on developing and implementing certification and quarantine programs for plant health management. He is involved in the national committee appointed for the implementation of the phytosanitary regulations. He is also deeply involved in Training and Educational programs in agriculture for graduate and master students. His scientific production is over 300 scientific and technical articles.
