BEATRICE HENRICOT

My research interests include taxonomy, diagnostic methods and control of pathogenic fungi. The main pathogens I have been researching on are Cylindrocladium (Calonectria), Phytophthora, Septoria, Armillaria and powdery mildews.Currently I am working at Forest Research (Scotland) on the detection of Phytophthora in soils using Illumina barcode sequencing and I am also doing the molecular and morphological characterisation of the UK population of Phytophthora austrocedri.
